Processing Time
Orders typically process within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day are prioritized for same-day processing. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is dispatched.
Carriers and Delivery
We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on destination and service level. Standard domestic delivery is generally 3 business days after dispatch. Expedited options are available at checkout.
Free Shipping
Orders over $300 qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous United States. The threshold and progress are shown in your cart.
Packaging and Handling
All lyophilized compounds ship in temperature-appropriate packaging to preserve stability in transit. Products are stable at ambient temperature for the duration of standard shipping. Upon receipt, store according to the guidance on each product page.
International Orders
International availability varies by product and destination. Customers are responsible for ensuring that imported research compounds comply with the laws of their country and for any customs duties or taxes.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, contact support@apexbiopeptides.com with your order number and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
